The restaurant is certified Glatt Kosher under the supervision of Vaad Kashrus Mehadrin (VKM), ensuring adherence to strict kosher standards.
Gillie’s Kosher has been expanding its presence, with a new location announced in the Seattle area. This upcoming branch will be certified by the Vaad HaRabanim of Greater Seattle and will adhere to Chassidishe Shechita, Pat Yisrael, and Hashgacha Temidit standards.
